Monobatch
The coloring strength of a pigment depends on its specific surface, that is its ability to interact with light according to its degree of dispersion. Monobatches are based on this fundamental scientific concept, which cannot be replicated simply by treating dyes within a mixed compound. Our Monobatches are the ideal starting point for creating new color formulations, ensuring the most efficient basis for your projects. Why? Because the single pigment is already (pre)dispersed at its maximum yield.
In fact, being formulated with only one pigment at a time, they guarantee a superior result compared to the use of free powder dyes, as they disperse more equally and homogeneously within the polymer carrier. This ensures consistent, strong and reproducible colour rendering. Furthermore, since there is no need for specific treatments or cleaning on the machinery, the Monobatch line allows you to make a more environmentally friendly choice and industrial costs of the entire production. In essence, advanced pigment processing allows you to maximize the final color rendition.
Special White
White, in its apparent simplicity, actually hides infinite possibilities and technical complexities.
